Big treat today, drank Trader Joe's New Mexico Pinon (there should be a ~ over the first n) coffee and it is making me jumpy. Good though! I usually only do half-caf, but i had a headache coming on, or at least that's my story.
About the cold. I still dress in layers but I get warmer and stay warmer now that I am no longer anemic. I thought I was too old for this to be a concern, not so. Be sure that your iron AND your ferritin numbers show on your blood work. Ferritin is what is in the bank, and if it is low you will have trouble. Also remember that blood work now is a result of what you were or weren't doing about six months ago, unlike the scales.

Its beyond coffee for me, I am onto fruit2o.
QOTD: yes, i am constantly cold. its like the cold is deep inside my bones. i wake up and have to take a hot bath. i did this morning. but i still try to go outside with my furbaby and get him to the dogpark. i dress in several layers and a couple hats, two pairs of gloves, etc.

Well, it's almost evening now. Had to do some running this morning and then I came home and made crepes for Christmas. They're a surprise for the kids, they love them and they're such a pain to make...at least make enough for This family.
QOTD: The only thinsg that I find cold on me iare my hands and feet. Gary can't stand it that I try to touch his neck with my hands or rub my feet on him in bed. He doesn't understand that I need to do this! :)
We'll be traveling downstate Thursday and then Saturday further downstate, then Monday coming back home. I hope the weather people are wrong about the storm!
