you may want to get some voice recognition software available at best buy or circut city.
you talk in to a speaker and it will type what you say but you need to check the spelling for things like ware where, some sum, that kind of thing. I think you can get a program that reads to you Too.
They are not very pricey either.

At work I don't type many letters, I do medical billing, so it's allot of data imput. Today I'm doing a deposit so it's allot of numbers, adding maching..... When I close my eyes and type is when I'm on line typing to friends here, on e-mail, facebook....that's when I could use voice recognition stuff and it's just not worth it.
