This month's topic: "Happy Holidays - Having Healthy Habits." This is also our "party potluck night!"
So, please bring your favorite WLS friendly recipe and samples for us to try. I look forward to this every year and have acquired some really great recipes from everyone. If you can't make a dish for some reason, please still come - I'm sure there will be more than enough to share!
Our Kalamazoo focus/support group is open to all pre and post-op bariatric patients, as well as those interested in learning more about weight loss surgery.
