Brenda,

Sounds yummy.  Honey doesn't bother me, so I will have to give it a try.

Where has BM been hiding?  Tell the silly girl we miss her.

Hey Pam,

I've just been lurking lately.  I don't have much to add to most posts, so I just lay low.  How have you been?

Lunch time here already...had coffee this morning...around 10 had a pc of raisin toast and a banana.

I am looking forward to warm weather again...watching the grandbabies play in our new back yard and lots more motorcycle riding this coming year.

Good Afternoon Everyone,
I have been lazy today.  Put off making the phone calls I needed to.  I need to get ready for the winter concert at the middle school tonight.  We we'll be selling t-shirts, cookbooks and doing a 50/50.  I also need to get some exercise in and then get out in the yard and finish my Christmas decorations.  QOTD: Right now I am not sure I am trying to make it through the rest of this year.

Good Afternoon all.

I'm sitting here trying to enjoy my nectar protein drink.  Strawberry Kiwi.

QOTD.  I think the biggest thing I'm looking forward to in the new year is being more healthy.  In 2 weeks since surgery I'm down roughly 20 pounds and that excites me greatly.    I am also looking forward to a nice vacation this summer.  I am not sure what we're going to do but hopefully we will enjoy it. Other than that there's no a whole lot going on yet.  I guess we will see what the year holds for us.

Hello everyone

I just got on line about 5 minutes ago. Got up early and went to work ou****er aerobics and stationary recumbent bike. then I went out to have lunch with one of my sparks buddies. I ordered talapia (baked) and they brought it deep fried in batter. So I ate the cottage cheese instead.

QOTD: I am looking forward to the new beginning. And All the new outfits I get to buy as my weight drops off.

WOW MOMENT: Remember way back when I bought those bathing suits on sale and discovered that I bought size 24w instead of 34w. I tried them on again and one fits snugly. I was able to ware one of them to work WA's today. I figure in about a week or two, I should fit in the second one.  I bought a new scale last week because I thought the one I had was defective, and not moving. The  new scale is only 1 lb different , but, my small size clothes are getting bigger. My inches are going down. How can that be? I don't know but I like it.
