At Thanksgiving and the Holiday season, we reflect on those people in our lives that have lit the flame within us.  We hope that you know you have done that for me.   Happy Thanksgiving!

What's in your cup?

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Michigan WLS friends.....we have so much to be thankful for despite the trials and tribulations we've faced this past year.  Feel blessed for having WLS that has made us healthy and able to do so many things we couldn't do before.   A chance to really pass it on and make a difference in so many lives.

Remember those who are homelsss and without any food, our men and women serving in the military who can't be home on this day, those without work......we are truly blessed for all that we are and all that we have.   Give thanks to God on this day first and foremost.

Have a wonderful day with family and/or friends, travel safe and enjoy the time together.

Hugs,
Pat r.

Happy Turkey Day all!   I'm so thankful for my OH family -- you all rock!

Nothing in my cup yet this morning.  Can't decide if I want a protein shake, protein coffee, oatmeal or pancakes.  Do I start with liquid or solid today? LOL  I'll decide soon since my tummy is protesting the fact that its empty.

Have a great day all~

Good Day All,

I had a strawberry protein smoothie this a m.  I am so predictable.

Went shopping at meijer today.  Not as busy as I would have thought.  Picked up a few things for Christmas (even though I have been done shopping for a while). I have to keep telling myself done is done.

I am thankful for my family, my friends (that would be You).  I am very thankful for already having my surgery and being on the road to a heathy life style.

Enjoy.

Do you like white meat or dark??

Happy Thanksgiving to ALL of you.

I just finished having Turkey and baked sweet potato with my Husband.  We had the huge feast last Sunday but DH wanted left overs, well, a 20 lb turkey is lots of leftovers.  He had corn, mashed potatoes and gravy.  He is happy and currently cutting up the rest of the turkey for leftovers for the weekend.  What a great family you all are, thank you for being you!
