Pumpkin pie recipe anyone?

I am supposed to bring pumpkin pie to my brother's house for dinner tomorrow.  I thought I would get adventurous and bake one instead of buying one.  I heard the recipe on the can is pretty good.  Anybody got any better ideas for someone with limited skills?

I've always used the recipe on the Libby's pumpkin can.  Since WLS I substitute splenda for the sugar and fat free evaporated milk for regular evap. milk -- no one seems to notice.   If you are putting it in a pie shell, I would recommend a deep dish shell, as it is usually too much to fit into a regular 9 inch pie. Good luck!

Thanks pat.  I had planned on the Splenda and was worried it might be too thin so good to know it will work.
