Make sure you are getting in all of your water!!!
You will start to retain water if you are not getting it in, plus you do not want to get dehydrated! My Nut said in the beginning you need to make sure you get all the water. Every time I feel like I am not losing enough weight I up my water intake, and just like that, a few days later I am back up and losing. (It takes a few days to get the water retention out)

Hi Mary,
Like most said, just make sure you are getting enough water. Make sure you are getting in enough calories, too. If they are too few, your body will slow down in response.
They also recommend only weighing once a week because watching small or no progress can be counter-productive.
Sometime the most notable losses are in size, like you've mentioned.
You're doing really well.

It will not seem like much at first. Some lose a lot in the first weeks and BAM! hit the wall to slow down....Take it easy...watch the inches fall off and then all of a sudden you will see the pounds fall too...just remember you are starting to build muscle from your exercising..and yes it does weigh more ...but, the scales will move and watching them every day will not make them move, it just frustrates you....keep up the great work and maybe vary your exercise a little...that helps...
