Good Fabulous Friday today!
We've made it to the end of the week! What are you celebrating with this morning? Pretty soon I'll brew the black, decaf....
Next week is Thanksgiving OMG! Gotta do the shopping for a turkey this weekend.
QOTD-Are you doing a traditional Thanksgiving feast this year? Do you get to plan it? I'm the main cook for Thanksgiving, as always. I love traditional-turkey, dressing, cranberries, green bean casserole. Can't get away from it. Love the turkey leftovers that aren't too dry. Will be a small group with just our immediate family as eldest son will still be in Texas.
Have a good one!!

Morning Michigan
I'm  drinking water this am.  I'm having some problems with edema  so  I'm  avoiding caffeine and such.
We already have our turkey thanks to hubby. actually have 3!   Ive been a  blue funk since mom died and  haven't done much shopping.  Hubby took one of my teen charges first of the week and headed for Kroger and Meiji's,  He saw good deals so got them!   He figures for 29-49 a pound it will be cheap food to try to keep these teens filled up!  and we do enjoy it.
QOTD I'm  not sure what we are doing for the day  thanksgiving.  I want to go to traverse city and just stare at the lake all day.   Mom and I shared a love of thanksgiving as our favorite holiday.
That idea is selfish  as I have a hubby and a bunch of foster kids that need  something besides the lake.   We have a family get together everyone beings in pot luck style but its always the traditional feast with a few adventuresome dishes  someone wants to try.
Have a great day everyone

Good morning all.  I'm celebrating having my horndog husband back living with me again.  He's really happy that's for sure.  No more living out of a laundry basket or boxes.
I'm drinking fully cafinated with vanilla protein added.  Yum.
QOTD:  Thanksgiving this year will just be Gary and I.  I get to plan it and will brine a chicken rather than a turkey.  I don't think I'm going to brave the stuffing, because I absolutely love stuffing and could eat only that for my whole dinner.  I'm thinking of making the cranberry sauce with the pineapple and walnuts.  Mashed potatoes are a must too.  That sounds like enough to me, and we'll still have leftovers!
Blessings to all.

Thanks for the explaination Pam.  I thought everyone knew what a horndog was.  I guess not, or only in my perverted group of friends!  :)
