Tuesday, Tuesday
Good Morning everyone,
Had my Carbmaster yogurt and a few slices of ham for breakfast and now I'm moving on to protien coffee. I need to get some more SF syrups for my coffee. I've been putting in a scoop of vanilla protien powder and a splash of SF Caramel syrup and it tastes so good.
QOTD: If I had the money, I would help pay for my kid's college. My daughter is in her 4th year at EMU and has footed the entire bill herself through scholarships, working, and student loans. I've helped when I could, but she's paid her way so far.
I would also like to help the homeless. When I come home from Chelsea on the weekends a lot of times I go over to Ypsi to see my daughter. Every time I do, there is this one man standing on the corner by the exit with a sign "Need Help". I always feel so bad for just driving by, but I do. One of these times I'd like to stop and hand him some money.
Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning,
I have had breakfast already and will soon be working on my water. Deb I hope little Colin stays well . . those little ones are pretty hardy. My grand-daughter has had a running nose for a week now but it's hard when they are at pre-school with 25 other kids.
QOTD- There is a family homeless shelter close to my house I would help more . . last year I did a gift bags for everyone under 18 for Christmas morning and they loved it . . I am planning the same again this year . . but I would do so much more if I had the money. I always feel that it could happen to any of us in these time of uncertainty.
Enjoy the day!

Tok my morning dose of vitamins and working on my first bottle of water. Today looks like it is gonna be nicer than it was yesterday. I think today I am gonna slowly see if I can exercise. My dr told me last week still to rest but I can try and add a little activity back in. Deb I hope everyone stays healthy and the father-in-law gets better soon. QOTD - I have the time just not the money. When my son was in 9th grade I got involved with the Band Boosters and have been there every since. This is my 7th year with them. If money was no object I would set up more for the kids at school to help them get ready for college. Make sure they searched all avenues for all the money out there to help pay. Make sure they were able to write the admissions essay and do all the work on any admission tests.
QOTD: With time and money help would be endless. I'd pay heating bills for people in need. I'd fix up some homeless shelters. I'd provide help for veterans. I'd open shelters for abused mothers and children. I'd buy food for My Brother's Keeper in downtown Detroit. (our church volunteers there) I would hope that I'd be generous with both my time and my funds.
QOTD If I had both time and money I would most certinely created a foundation for people just like me who don't have insurance and have to self pay i know the need and I know the feeling of deperatity that is involved when you have a problem like obesity and you feel like there is nothing out there to help you. it is an epidemic that is being ignored. And I would invest in the search for a cure.

Just finished my lunch....ham roll ups and a few pretzels.
Deb hope your dau's FIL recovers soon and Colin dodges that virus.
Q: Wow where to begin....I like everyone's idea's.
I'm very much a 'teach someone to fish' type of thinker, so I would have re-education classes and help financially those who want to continue their education.
But my main focus would be St. Judes. I love their philosophy.
Have a great day all,
Edie
