Morning

Just drinking my crystal light.. had a banana for breakfast and catching up on my tv shows now... I am waiting for Piggy (foster daughter) to get done with breakfast.. We have errands today and I have to run up to Mt Clemens to take care of some stuff... Oh what fun right?

QOTD: I have to work tomorrow morning and then we have no idea. I think tomorrow night my inlaws are going to come over to play cards with us after the Piggy goes to bed... Sunday will be a family day as usual. We will either stay home and play here or go to the zoo. We went last weekend and it was a blast with a 3 year old.

Have a great weekend everyone

I can't wait to take Dub to the zoo!!!  My inlaws are already planning a trip to Cedar Point next summer.  They took our other nephews this past summer and had a blast.  One of them was only a year old, so I guess we're all going next year!

Luckily we are only like 15 minutes from the zoo and we have a membership so it makes it super easy for us to get there and get back. The morning time is definately better than the afternoon on a nice day to! The line to get in when we were leaving was crazy!

We are hoping to go to Cedar Point next year too. Only problem is my DH does not like coasters... so my SIL who is due anyday now and I are planning on riding the rides and leaving the boys with the kiddos!

We found out we were not suppose to have pics of our foster children on the net so I deleted it... Ladybug did leave us on Otcober 16th though. We have a new one here we call Piggy and she is 3 years old.. She can be a blast to have around but she is NO Ladybug! LOL

I will get a new one soon. I promise... Just been so busy. I am hoping things slow down soon.

Sorry to hear Ladybug had to leave.  I know how fond you were of her.  Bless you for being a foster parent.  I don't think I could do it, I get too attached too quickly.
Three years old is a fun age too.  At least they can communicate with you :)

I was impressed with the Detroit Zoo when we went.  I had only been to the Toledo zoo.  So next summer, we'll definitely be visiting the Detroit Zoo.

Good morning all!

Today is my 2 year anniversary!  I can hardly believe that it's been that long since I went into Hurley for my surgery and started this new phase of my life.  Lots of changes over the past 2 years and lots more to come as I continue to work on myself and all the goals I have yet to achieve.

Happy Anniversary to Edie too!

QOTD -- After talking to my professor last night in class about what I missed while on vacation ..... and after getting an email from my other professor yesterday with more assignments due in Monday's class --- my weekend is already shot.  I'll be hunkering down and doing school work for most of the weekend.  I'm going to try to hit the theater for a movie at some point but otherwise, no big plans.
