I've done the carbquick pancakes w/ a fried egg on the weekends. All I can say is YUMMY, I dump on regular pancakes, unless I just have a bite or two w/ allot of eggs, but not carbquick, I can have 2 pancakes w/ a fried egg. Also on the weekends I'll have carbmaster yogurt (from Kroger) with some golean crunch and a banana or sm apple.

I took ground lean turkey and lofat ground sausage and everything I use to make meatloaf added poutry seasoning andf laxmeal and breadcrumbs.I put spoonsful in mini muffin tins and baked. I put 2 or 3 in baggies and froze. They are perfect to grab for on the the way to work I heat them or the other day had my little cooler bag. By the time I was hungry they were thawed. One was just enough on the early mushie stage.
Another idea I'm going to make for breakfast today is Quiche, I'll use 2egg,individual serv. sz.cottagecheese ,shredded veggies and a laughing cow cheese to give it a smooth swiss taste. I'll bake it in a Ramikin(tiny casserole). I'm thinking of making a bigger batch and putting them in a mini muffin tin and bagging them up for days I work.
