pouch test?

I have occasionally seen someone talk about a pouch test.  Can anyone tell me where to find information on this?

Are you talking about a scope to see the size of your pouch?  If so, that's an EGD ordered by your doctor.

Go easy on the calories when you start eating regular food after the pouch test.

Every time I have done it, I've gained at least 3 lbs. once I started back on regular food. 

That's pretty normal. The 5 day pouch test is pretty much a crash diet that gets rid of water weight. Most people that I've talked to regained the weight that they lost within a week.

Thank you, the 5 day pouch test is what I was looking for.  I knew it was all liquids so I had already started it today.  Gosh, I sure hope this works.  I am so dissappointment that I quit losing weight and still have a way to go before I reach goal.  Hope this works, wish me luck.
