Bev,
I did a cruise 1 yr post op., I ate any and everything I wanted, the key was, I just had a bite or two and always lead with protein. One thing that helped was remembering that those cookies, rolls.....will be there again tomm. no need to pig out today.
Have a great time.

Hi Bev,
I'm going on a cruise too, leaving Nov. 20 thru 29th.
Food will NOT freak us out.
I was on a cruise 4 months before I had surgery. Only gained 3 pounds and took it right off after.
This time I won't gain any weight...I have my tool to work it.
Will plan on dancing every night and exercising every day.
I will stay away from the rolls and bread. I won't have room for it anyway.
I'm not a drinker so that's not even an issue for me. I prefer my calories in food not drinks.
Have a blast, celebrate your new life. You deserve it.
