Hello,
I know that since Furosemide is meant to take water out, you most likely are experiencing cramps from dehydration.  Calcium helps contract our muscles, while magnesium relaxes them. I would suggest talking to your doctor about taking a supplement that includes more magnesium.  If you have any imbalance in these two minerals, cramping can occur.
I'm a Paramedic, and we see alot of strange things occur from unbalanced vitamins and minerals in our body.  Hope this helps!

Muscle cramps after Lasix are usually associated with low potassium levels. Try having orange juice or a banana to restore potassium levels.  Low potassium can be extremely dangerous so you should mention this to your doctor soon.

Thank you so much! I have tried to eat yogurt, bananas and drink orange juice but I still have cramps. Maybe I need to increase that along with other supplements.
