Tuesday Coffee
Good morning everyone!
Had SF Grape koolaid while getting ready for work and now that I'm here I'm drinking my protien coffee for another 16 oz of fluids. I find that during the week if I do the same routine every morning I am better about getting in my fluids.
QOTD: I've been to Florida and Las Vegas and most recently rented a cabin up in the mountains in Virginia that was very peaceful and relaxing. I also love to camp. When Steve & I get married next summer we're talking about maybe going to Europe for our honeymoon vacation.

Morning all
Just brewed some expresso roast coffee, yummy.
I have a meeting at my son's school today to go over some of his testing for the Autism Spectrum Discorder. More or less we already were told that he does fall into this category, they just need to find out where and what is best going to service him. I have found out, on a positive note, he is highly intelligent and has a very high IQ. The principal told us that it is higher than his and his social worker who both have masters degrees. With fine tuning some of his "issues" he can be anything he wants to be, which right now is a palentologist.
QOTD - Not a big traveler. I have been to Chattanooga TN for work more than I care to. We do drive down, and some of it is beautiful Scenery. I have been to Oklahoma a couple of times, that drive is not as pretty, actually kind of boring. My favorite travels have been to New York City and Chicago. Love it there. New York City, stayed in Times Square, had all the privledges, limos, dinner at Tavern on the Green, private tours of Empire State Building, Loved it.

Good morning! :) I have had breakfast a lean cuisine breakfast and some water so far... but I NEED to me me some coffee! I had my 1 month weight check yesterday and I am down 5 pounds which, I know is kinda sad results for a month but I've only been doing really well for under 2 weeks and anything besides gaining is good!! My next weight check is Dec. 9th which happens to be...well my 9th wedding anniversary but I'm hoping we will have filed for divorce by then... SOOOO Basically on that day I plan on seeing some good weight loss progress as I work toward my goal of getting my WLS. :)
I have been to Austria, Germany, Hungary.....Arizona, Connecticut, Alabama, FL They were all great for different reasons! In a year though I am going to Denmark hopefully I'll be about 6 months post-op by then and have an easier time travelling at the weight I'll be then because right now there is no way I could do it. :(

On my way to iced tea.
Q: Wow reading others posts reminds me that their are so many beautiful places it's hard to narrow it down. I guess it depends on my mood. In Sept. we drove to Alabama for a family reunion and found Kentucky and Tenn. to be beautiful, on the other hand out west with those wonderful mountains are breathtaking too, and of course the Grand Canyon in wonderful. I've been to every state in the union except the far north east... I'll get there one day. I've cruised the Caribbean 5 or 6 times so I've seen most of those islands and we also went to Alaska....wow was that pretty, and in Feb. we're cruising the Mexican Rivera. I also went to England with my sister and niece for her graduation a few years ago, that was cool.
I'm with Deb, let's go somewhere :O)

finally had some chewable food. I didn't know I could have potted meats like Underwood deviled ham. I had a table spoon full and now I am waiting to see how I will do.
QOTD: since I was a trucker with my DH when I was laid off a while back , I was lucky enough to travel from east to west north to south coast of the main land. I have not been to Alaska or Hawaii. When I graduated form High school I went to Free Port Bahama for my senior trip.
My favorite place to vacation is right up north in Hawks MI on lake May RD. My property, Russell's Redneck Yacht Club. We ain't got now house, no boat, no lake, Just us n the bears.

I was up and out the door at 7am which for me is early. My daughter had an academic achievement breakfast this morning. My last one as she is done with high school this June. I never paid attention to what they serve to eat till today. Muffins, pastries, more muffins, bagels, orange juice and frozen fruit. I had ice water. Since I have been home did the dishes had breakfast and lunch. Almost done with 68 ounces of water. QOTD: I didn't realize how many places I have been till I wrote them down. Places I have visited: Canada, Ohio, Chicago, New York, Texas, Florida, North & South Carolina, Las Vegas, Arizona, Mexico City, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Acapulco, Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, St Thomas and St Maarten. My top spot is Hawaii it was beautiful I could have moved there in a heartbeat. I am going on a cruise in Feb, and will stopping at Key West and the Bahamas. I hope everyone has a wonderful day.
