Need a Support Group

Can someone help me find a support group that is near Shelby Township??

Ok, I had my RNY four years ago and have gained 30 lbs back, which is not good.  The support group for Henry Ford meets downtown in the evenings - too far for me to go and not comfortable being down there at night.

I did attend some meetings at Mount Clemens General....

I need to get back on track ASAP....
