Good Morning Shannon and all you fellow Michiganders.

I got a nice surprise yesterday evening. My hubby got routed past the house. I think he is requesting this route so that he can check on me. He delivers his load this morning and then get his 10 hrs. off. So I think he'll get to spend some time here tonight too.

I had a half snack cup of SF jell-o this morning as I crushed and slipped my vitamins and YUK IE-gal in it . I guess I will go to the vitamin Shoppe and see what chewable I can get. cause this is really gross. I do have chewable, Iron an multivitamins that I can handle. I got liquid. Arthritis stuff, but it is horrible. And I didn't even get chewable Zantac. It taste like poison.

What's in you Cup?

QOTD: When I graduated form Hi school. I went job shopping. I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life so I didn't go to college at the time. MY mother wanted me to be a nurse. I hated needles. I was offered a job at AAA the auto insurance agency and FOMOCO. I chose FOMOCO.
I always wondered what if??????????????

I think if I had it to do over again I would have set my sights on the medical field. And targeted the Pediatric field.

Well It's nap time again so I peek back in later.

have a super dooper day!

 Mary-
I'm just curious, are you crushing your vitamins and whatnot because you can't swallow them or because your surgeon told you not to?

Just thinking ahead a couple of weeks....

I think as a general rule, most of us were told to crush our meds early on (or switch to chewable if possible).  I only had to do it for a couple months and then got the ok to take them whole again.  Crushing them was gross, but I just put mine in a little applesauce and took them.

Good morning.  Having my coffee.  Had my peanut butter toast.  Not really planning on doing much today.  Just put Dub down for a nap, so I'm thinking about taking one myself. QOTD:  I did what I had always wanted to do for a job and that was to be a teacher.  I taught for 10 years until this year.  Now, I'm doing the other thing I've always wanted to do and that is to be a "stay at home mom".  While it was difficult to imagine not being a teacher anymore...before Dub came along...as soon as he got here, there was no question.  I can always go back to teaching, if I wish, when he goes to school.  Can't get this time back, so I'm glad to stay home and not give my "career" a second thought!
