Nervous!!! Wish me luck!!

Well today is my doctor appointment to weigh-in. Then I start the 1 week liquid diet tomorrow. My surgery is next Thursday! 
I'm dreading the liquid diet, I hope I have the strength to stick with it! So my scale this morning says I'm down 3 pounds. I hope that darn scale at the doctors is the same (Or better!!) I'm really getting anxious now about the surgery. All the "what ifs"..... After the doctor appt I have to go to a work seminar all day. At least its a day out of the office! Have a great day all!!

Don't worry about the liquid diets. You won't have any problems if you just plan ahead.

The liquid diet is not fun, but very tolerable. Keep your eye on the prize.
