Food Scales
For after your revision to DS? You will likely find that you don't need one. I had one for all of my WW attempts and other diets, but as a DSer you are going to find that early out your swollen tummy will regulate the very limited amount of food you can get in. After that time, you will eat like a very normal thin person eats, with the only rules being to concentrate on protein first, get your hydration and supplements in, and get in a moderate amount of fat and you you have anymore room do some complex carbs.
I haven't used a food scale once post-op. Now, shaker bottles from GNC and a stir-whisk thing from Williams Sonoma, those I use all of the time!
~ I am the proud wife of a Guatemalan, but most people call me Kimberley
Highest Known Weight = 370# / 59.7 bmi @ 5'6"
Current Weight = 168# / 26.4 bmi : fluctuates 5# either way @ 5'7" / more than 90% EWL
Normal BMI (24.9) = 159#: would have to compromise my muscle mass to get here without plastics, so this is not a goal.
I my DS. Don't go into WLS without knowing ALL of your options: DSFacts.com
