Medicare/Medicaid

I have read threw many postings and have not been able to find what i am looking for so perhaps someone has a answer to help. I am going threw Grand Health Partners in Grand Rapids and I am wondering if anyone else has gone threw them? And when i went in for my first visit the other day it was the Internist Visit. Here is abreak down of the out of pocket costs which kind of concerns me. 50.00 @ Internist Visit   200.00 For the Behaviorists prior to surgery and 750.00 Due @ pre op surgery appt. does anyone know if these three payments can be submitted to Medicare/Medicaid for reimbursement?
