Support Groups

Is there a support group around the area of Saginaw, MI (Midland, Bay City)

My weight loss program is 2 hours away and I can't go there for the meetings, thought I'd look for some around here.

We have a really good group that meets in the area . . Pam T is our group leader .  She will see your posting in the morning and I'm sure she will send you a note.

Or go back a week and check out the posting for the Bay City Support Group and send her a note . . we are a good group and it's very helpful.

You're welcome to join our group.  We're called the "Bay City Group" -- but we meet all over the tri-city area.  Bay City, Saginaw and even Midland this past week.  We take turns meeting at each other's houses. 

Send me a PM with your email address and I'll get you added to my email list for meeting announcements.  Our next meeting is November 17th.  But we've got a "Field Trip" planned this Saturday to Goodwill if you want to join us for that too.

I am part of the Bay City Support Group and love going to the meetings.  Pam T. is a great leader and has a wealth of knowledge.  She's a big part of OH and I feel lucky to have her as our leader.
