I'M APPROVED!!!
I introduced myself a couple weeks ago but have been kind of scarce because I think I was afraid of becoming too attached on here and then having my insurance company deny surgery.
I got a call from the hospital weight loss clinic today saying that I had been approved. The nurse even said she was shocked. My BMI was under 40 and my insurance company apparently is not generous with approvals...but I got it..woo hoo! I'm so excited I can hardly stand it.
The clinic has quite a process before surgery so it will probably be like mid to late february before i can have it done but I'm just happy to be approved and be able to begin the process...
You are on the road to the loser's bench. I'll save you a spot!
