Did the Blood sugar check, it said I was good to go. Made my chocolate almond protein w/ a shot of hazelnut sf syrup and tsp of almond butter in it. A nutty good one

QOTD: Deep cleaning the kitchen, The working people around here think that they can do everything half a****ed. And I want everything in order before my surgery.
Last week end I rearranged the living room so that I could get the recliner out of the basement.
This week is the kitchen. Next week I will start to gather my stuff to pack for the hospital
Getting things done. Little by little.

Thanks, but please don't give more credit than I'm due....I've always said that I don't know anyone who wouldn't be as 'strong' as I was, and I guess that's because I've always hung around strong women....whi*****ludes all of you. Think about what we've all been through with our weight struggles, it's made all of us strong, I don't think I would have been as strong as I was if it wasn't for my weight. We've had allot of crap thrown at us and we've persevered!

We were out car shopping today, I HATE CAR SHOPPING!! I can never seem to make a decision, I'm always waiting for the next best deal, and don't want to miss it! lol
Needless to say, after 6 hours freezing outside, I still have no car. We'll be back out next weekend to continue the search.
I have been sooo cold since my surgery, I was always the one who was hot all the time, had to have a fan on at night in the winter even, now I just can't seem to get warm at all. Is this normal?? I know, I"m far from normal, I thought I'd get that in there before anyone else did!

Totally normal....I froze the first year. I think I'm "normalizing" now. But I'm still a lot colder than I have ever been. Seems I shed my "coat"....can't say I miss it!
