Kristy,

I was gabbing last night when you were telling the girl's the recipe for the Pineapple fluff stuff you made for the support group meeting.  Can you tell me the recipe????  The bowl you left for me was supposed to be my lunch today......didn't make it past 11:30 pm last night :-)   It was so yummy!

Thanks,
Nan

I'm curious to see the recipe.  I used to make something with pistachio pudding, coolwhip and crushed pineapple with walnuts.  Sounds good to me!

I make the same stuff with Cherry pie filling....it's even called Cherry Fluff...for some reason everyone RAVES over it...I'm not crazy about cherries but it's ok.  LOL!

Ask Brenda about "MY" caramel apple salad.  That's good and I make it S/F.   It's not really MY recipe...I forget where it came from originally.   It's similar to this recipe...can of crushed pineapple, diced apples (granny smith or whatever you like), cool whip, s/f butterscotch pudding powder and some peanuts (i leave the peanuts out).  It's VERY good and there's never any leftover!

It was so good Jan!  It didn't have walnuts in it.  I think it was SF cool whip, Pineapple and SF pudding of some sort.   I took some of the leftover and added some cottage cheese to it and yummmmmm!  It was good that way too.

I just add the walnuts for crunch, my own addition.  Sounds like the same stuff.  It's great for parties!

Tina,

Someone made that at one of out support group meetings.  It was good!! I need to get a notebook and write down recipes as I read them on here so I don't have to go searching for them!  I think I will start now  with this thread :-)

hi nan,

i got a take on this too.  use the same ingredients, mix one container/box of each:  s/f vanilla pud, s/f cool whip, diced pineapples in juice, drained, and also get a s/f angel food cake.  then slice the cake, like so its three layers.  put the mixture in between each layer.  add stawberries on top, you can also sprinkle with splenda if the top looks bare.

s/f angel cake is available at kroger and i am sure meijer too...
Thoughts become things... choose the good ones!

Oh now that sounds REALLY good!!  Are all angel food cakes SF or do you have to find one that specifically says 'Sugar Free' ?

Yes, this is VERY good, too.  When I made it, I looked for (and found) specifically s/f angel food cake.  Wasn't hard to find.
