Kristy - Recipe please - Pineapple Fluff
Kristy,
I was gabbing last night when you were telling the girl's the recipe for the Pineapple fluff stuff you made for the support group meeting. Can you tell me the recipe???? The bowl you left for me was supposed to be my lunch today......didn't make it past 11:30 pm last night :-) It was so yummy!
Thanks,
Nan

I make the same stuff with Cherry pie filling....it's even called Cherry Fluff...for some reason everyone RAVES over it...I'm not crazy about cherries but it's ok. LOL!
Ask Brenda about "MY" caramel apple salad. That's good and I make it S/F. It's not really MY recipe...I forget where it came from originally. It's similar to this recipe...can of crushed pineapple, diced apples (granny smith or whatever you like), cool whip, s/f butterscotch pudding powder and some peanuts (i leave the peanuts out). It's VERY good and there's never any leftover!

hi nan,
i got a take on this too. use the same ingredients, mix one container/box of each: s/f vanilla pud, s/f cool whip, diced pineapples in juice, drained, and also get a s/f angel food cake. then slice the cake, like so its three layers. put the mixture in between each layer. add stawberries on top, you can also sprinkle with splenda if the top looks bare.
s/f angel cake is available at kroger and i am sure meijer too...
