I am not sure about the ROSE, but Dr. Katz does do the Stomaphyx.  There are a few in Michigan that do them.  From what the doc told me today, there is a doctor in Ohio that does most of the training for the procedure.  It involves putting little "clips" around your pouch to make it smaller.  The Ohio doc is reporting that those "clips" (sorry, I don't know the technical term) can stretch and loosen, usually after about 3 months.  This is why the insurance companies don't want to pay for the procedure.

My BCBSM policy covers revision, but not Stomaphyx or ROSE. 

I am going to discuss the results of the EGD (don't know the date yet) and see if/what the problem is with either the pouch or stoma.

Duh....I guess I assumed when you said a revision you meant the Stomaphyx, but your having a revision, again duh!!!  So what will they do in the revision?  Will they make your pouch or stoma smaller or both?  Or will your EGD guide him to what you need.....ok, now I'm thinking your going to say that's what he's going to discuss with you after your EGD....ok ignore me I've got a cold and apparently my gray matter is flooded with snot LOL (sorry for the graphic), I'll leave you alone now :)

OK I am back from the computer store.

It is official DH's computer has the swine flue. And is on its way to the HP little laptop hospital. It has to be sent to HP to be repaired.
Symptoms are keys that don't work, H,G,backspace, and 6,7, and 8.
They said it must be the circut board for the keyboard.
At least I don't have to pay to get it repaired.
It is only 3 months old and under warrenty thank goodness.

So Now DH has my really fast laptop for his wor****il His comes home in about 3 weeks.
or more. Now I got to use my old grandma computer that is slower than malassas.
