Good morning everyone.Waiting for the car to warm up on my way to work again.Having a cup of fully loaded regular.No white stuff here this morning.I expected it after watching the forcast yesterday but I am not complaining.
QOTD:Do you eat the same stuff usually?In order to get my protein when we shop I buy roughly the same products.Beans,yogurt,cottage cheese,sugar free jelly,flat outs,salads,kashi,weight control oatmeal.Now I am not complaining but someone pointed it out to me and I had never realized it I guess.It works for me so why change it?Have a great day everyone off to the world of nursing.Oh yeah I always buy a few boxes of some kind of protein bar too,snacks!!!!!

Good Morning!
I'm getting ready to leave for my appointment with Dr. Katz.  I'm starting to chicken out, but I need to go and find out what he has to say about revision, etc.

I am so warm in the summer that I forget about being freezing cold all Fall and Winter.  Brrrr!

QOTD-I buy the same thing, week after week.  Such is the life of a picky eater.  I stick with pretty much the same as Danielle-cottage cheese, Triscuits, yogurt, Kashi, beans, South Beach bars, cheese and sf Kool Aid.  I usually eat that stuff during the day and then have a bite or two of what the guys are having for dinner.

Sure is dark this time of morning! DH is off today, so it's a little later for me getting out of bed...
QOTD-I usually eat the same stuff for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is more of a variety like whatever I've fixed for DH..

Hi Danielle,
  Up this morning to sun shining in the picture window and steam rising off the lake.  It don't get no better than this (grammer goof on purpose).  No snow here either. yay.  coffee with sf vanilla caramel creamer.  After that I'll have a carbmaster yogurt to get in some protein.
QOTD:  I'm the same,  Beans, yogurt, cottage cheese, salad, cheddar cheese, triscuits, tuna, soup, protein bars and jerky.  I seem to have trouble when I try new foods.  If we go out to eat I usually will get shrimp ****tail or soup. 
   Gotta get into the shower and pick this place up some.  I'm meeting Jody for lunch today in TC.  And I'll have soup probably.  Then off to Borders, Walmart and Staples.

Good Morning All!

Good luck at the doc's Brenda.  I started out with sf french vanilla protein hot chocolate.  I have to head into work and drop a paper from the doctors office to H/R .  . and then BC Support Group tonight which is always fun.

QOTD- I am a creature of habit . . same food for me.  I do like to get more variety for dinner but when I'm in a work schedule I eat the same stuff at the same time.  It help keeps me on track . . . someday (lol) when I reach my goal maybe I'll try a few new things but for now I know what I can handle to keep my weight under control and keep from getting sick.

Good Morning All,

I too eat the same thing daily.  One day it may be for lunch the next it could be for breakfast or dinner, thats as daring as I get.  It is funny you asked that question because I was just talking to a friend about that. lol  It is cold here and looks like rain.
