Good morning! I'm trying a couple of different pumpkin coffee recipes. Haven't found one I LOVE yet... I bought the pumpkin coffee from Sams yesterday and made it a tad strong. Added vanilla protein to it and a dash of pumpkin pie spice. It was just ok.
Anyone have any pumpkin coffee recipes to share? I love the pumpkin lattes this time of year. We don't have anyplace that sells the SF pumpkin syrups here so I can't use that as of now.
QOTD: I'm pretty versatile when it comes to driving around the state. When you live here, you get used to doing a lot of driving to get somewhere... I call it "2 1/2 hrs to the next town".. - lol.

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Pumpkin Latte
1 cup brewed coffee
3/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup pure pumpkin
1 pkt.Splenda
1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Stir all together and warm in microwave 1-2 minutes
Pumpkin Smoothie
2/3 cup vanilla soymilk
1/4 cup pure pumpkin
1/2 cup low sugar vanilla yogurt
2 tblsp.honey
1/2 tsp.pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp.vanilla extract
Mix all together in a glass.

8oz.water OR 4oz.water/4oz.skim milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup pure pumpkin
dash of pumpkin pie spice
blend or stir all together.
