Hello Danielle and everyone in Michigan

French vanilla with pulverized peaches this morning. What's in you cup?
Hubby's up making breakfast for him and the kids. What a sweetie. Smells like biscuits and gravy, fried spuds, and scrambled eggs. Maybe I will have some eggs. He is feeling domesticated today, since he isn't home a lot.

Had such a good time at the Meet n Greet yesterday, but got kind of wore out. (fox2 news is at the Franklin Cider mill this morning) Fell to sleep watching the TV on the couch last night.

Danielle we missed you too. And everyone else that could not make it.

We thought that it would be fair to everyone if we moved the locations around. So maybe at a different meet n greet in the future it will be closer to where you are located.

QOTD:1. In what area do you live and How far can or are you willing to travel to a OH meet n greet?
2. Are there Places or activities near you that would be fun for MI OH to meet n greet at?

BTW: Danielle did you do the Obesity Walk? How did that go?

Morning  Michigan
Chilly this am!  We have frost here in mid MI  also.  I'd still like some summer since we didn't really have much!
Quiet day here.   church  and cooking a couple decent meals so  hubby don't decide to go find someone who will cook for him!      Bitty boots will want to go leave looking again so she can work on her leaf picture for our angel.
have a good day everyone

Good morning!

The sun is shining and I've got all the shades open to enjoy the light.   School work today involves projects for my drawing class... so I'll be attempting to draw a bunch of different stuff.  The textbook claims I'll be able to draw well by the end of the class... ya right!  I can't imagine that happening.

Danielle - we were already talking about doing another meet up in the spring in Holland for the tulip festival.  So hopefully ya'll on the other side of the state can meet up with us too.

Have a good day all

Pam, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how well you can draw after the class.  I took one years ago and couldn't believe the difference.  You just have to learn to look at things differently, more closely.  You'll do fine because you've already got the eye for photography.

Morning all,

We even had a frost here last night too.  By the time I got up today the shady areas were still a bit white and crunchy looking.  On TV they said it was only going to get to 50 today, glad we were out and about yesterday.

We'll be working in the yard today, all that rain last week stopped us from working in the yard, we need to get things ready for winter, it seems to be coming whether we want it to or not :(.

Enjoy the sunshine everyone,

Edie

The sun is out and it's gorgeous on the trees.  Lots of leaves fell with the rain and snow we had yesterday.  It'll be a couple of weeks before we get out to pick them all up, so hopefully by then they'll mostly all be down so we only have to do it once.  (Like that's going to happen. but one can hope)
I think it'll be sort of hard getting people together in the cold wintery weather.  Maybe have the next meet & greet in the spring.  I'd be willing to drive a couple 2-3 hours to go to one.  I don't know how long it would take me to get to holland, but I would check it out.  Maybe something in the Traverse City area for summer.  I know it's far for most, but if we could make a weekend of it maybe people could get together and share a motel room overnight - saturday to sunday.
Gotta get moving and out to walk the dogs.  I'll check in later.

Yes - she said the S*** word!  I was sitting at Sams club and saw the big fat wet flakes coming down.  Had a phone call form my BF right then and he said "how are you?" I said AWFUL! He's like WHY??? I said because its SNOWING! ACK!  He was in NC and it was 84 degrees...

Oh well... that's what we get for living where we do.  This is awfully early for snow... it was in the forecast for last night too but I don't see any...
