Yay!Congratulations
The trick is in what one emphasizes. We either make ourselves miserable, or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same.

So what have you decided for the first achievement.

what is the goal and what will be the reward?

Congratulatins.

I actually have lists of goals/rewards.  I have achieved some but never really rewarded myself before.

For losing 100# I still need ideas.  If you wanted to look at my profile I have some stuff listed.  I don't know what I should do to reward myself for this milestone.  Any ideas?

My next goal is to get under 200#!  Then I was going to whiten my teeth.  By then I should be off the diet coke.  Oh but then there is the coffee...we'll see.

How am I going to do it?  I am going to get back on track.  I will go to the gym 5 days a week (2 weights/3 cardio) and walk on weekends with the kids.  I also have scheduled swimming every other Sunday at the pool and nightly walks with the kids but those are optional right now.  I will get in the suppliments, water, food, protein, etc.  I will cut out the diet coke.  I will take my medications and get at least 6 hours of sleep.  Sigh!  I can do this.

You made a list  I and I checked it twice. LOL

I might suggest some Bling. Like a charm bracelette that you can add a new charm for every so many Lbs. It don't have to relate to WLS directly just charms that you like. Then you will always know the journey you have traveled with out being obvious. You could ware it and be proud of your success.

And I am Proud of you, You have worked hard.

Right after my surgery - the very first trip out once I could drive again - I bought a Pandora bracelet.  Then for each 25lbs I lose I get a new Mirano glass bead for the bracelet.  And for various other goals I get charms to match those goals --- a little tennis shoe when I finished the half marathon, a seashell when I took a trip to FL for my 1 year anniversary, a filligree charm for "not giving up" when I stopped losing weight, etc.

My Recipe Index is packed full of yumminess!
