HOWDY Everyone,

I don't post the morning java much anymore, so bare with me if I ramble...

I made some decaf tea with soy milk drink, cinnamon, vanilla, cream and splenda.  I know not enough protein.  I need to buy some Gen-soy unflavored protein powder...  What are you drinking?  Plans for today?  Me, walk the dog.

QOTD:  What mindless activity keeps you from eating mindlessly?

I try to go to the dogpark.  There isn't food for miles!  Unless I get an affinity to Milkbones!

What up, B?

I'm sitting here waiting for my car to warm up and defrost.  I had a cider protein thingie this morning and feel like breakfast might be a bad idea right now.  Maybe later my pouch will relax and I'll have something.

Plans for today are working, trying to stay off Facebook so I can work, and ignoring my boss so I can work. (See a pattern here?)

QOTD-Believe it or not, TV!  I trained myself after surgery to not eat while I'm watching TV, so if I'm sitting on the couch, then I'm not eating.  My problem is eating while I drive...but that's a question for another day.

Hope you have a good one, and don't set your face on fire with too many peppers!!

i was trying to show off for my g/f's husband and hurt myself badly.. and then again later that night.  i never learn.  his tomatoes were the bomb!

Good Morning B. , Coffee black and hot for me. Lot's to do today... Scrap yard, and yard work and taking care of Deb when she gets home ....She getting Sick !!!

QOTD- Long walk and lot's of work.. Keeping busy does it for me !!

I am done with my morning coffee.  I dreamt I went to the new coffee shop.  Guess I need to soon.  I am a new coffee drinker. 

Plans for today is to take care of 2 of my kids.  One went to school, two are home sick.  I was supposed to get to the gym and get my car repair done.  Not sure if I can now.  we'll see.

QOTD:  Right now that isn't a problem for me.  I have to force feed myself.  I just can't eat.  If I could it would definately be a car issue.  That is the only time I feel the need to snack.

Drank my protein/coffee/banana smoothie this morning.   Right now home w/ one sick kid. 

QOTD:  My mindless snacking rears it's ugly head after the little two go to bed....I either jump on here, try to martha stewart some type of craft thingy (TRY would be the word of the day there), or do housework.   It is NEVERENDING w/ four kids, three cats, two dogs, and one hubby

I drank some fuzzy navel protein much earlier  now drinking water because I have an icky tummy for some reason.   gonna stick to water and  clear liquids most of the day I think.   I'm  not sure it will help  but I know it wont hurt.   Its probably just that I'M  getting a cold,  hubby has a real bad one any my little  Bitty boots is getting it also.  

QOTD   I'm   lucky with that one,  I keep my hands busy with stuff I don't snack with for fear of getting something on my project,   I do a lot of embroidery and crocheting and those are non snacking type of projects.

Good morning!

I had my protein chai tea on the drive in this morning, then coffee when I got to the office.  Now I'm having some yogurt and Kashi for breakfast.

One of my bosses retired last week and his replacement started this morning.  So it's already been a busy day getting him settled and I'm sure the rest of the week will be about the same -- busy whipping him into shape.  LOL! 

QOTD -- I find that when I'm doing something with my hands that I don't reach for food.  Knitting is one of the best activities for me.  I've got a felted bag started and now that my schedule is calmer I'll be able to get back to it in my spare time.  I spotted the coolest felted bag over the weekend ... I even had to stop the lady and have a conversation about her bag (and I took a picture of it).  I'm planning to get the supplies and try to replicate it in the coming months.

Yer so crafty!  I used to be....hoping to get back into some of them.  I would LOVE to learn to knit or crochet.  What is a felted bag?  I suppose I could google it....LOL!
