PHP of Mid Michigan

 Anyone out there have PHP for insurance that got approved with a BMI under 40? I went for my info class today and they said this is one of the hardest insurances they deal with to get an approval for people with BMI's under 40...and I have sleep apnea, GERD (with barretts esophagus) and now pre-diabetes and high BP even tho i'm not taking meds for it.  I'm feeling bummed even tho my paperwork hasn't even been submitted yet..looking for a little hope I guess.
