Early Sunday Morning
Hey Brenda,
It's almost tomorrow already. I'm just getting on for today. We had lots to do and I'm just not sitting down. Lots of running around today. Went to Fillippa's for dinner tonight. Had the Michigan salad and monk fish and edamame salad with mashed potatoes. I ate most of the salad, 3 forks full of the edamame salad, 1 fork of mashed potatoes and probably not even an ounce of the fish. Then I got the feeling in my chest. I had him pack the rest in a to go container. I made it home before I had the foamies...a few times, but now I'm feeling better. My son is eating fritos next to me and the smell is driving me buggy! I will not try them tho.
QOTD: Yes, very much so. I constantly worry about what I'm eating and making sure I log my foods in fit day every day. I make sure I get in all my proteins, first and foremost. I'm still struggling in getting in all my fluids and enough exercise. I think that's why I'm so obsessed with my weight. Knowing that I'm not doing everything right ticks me off, at myself. I'm hoping that when I get back up north for a long haul I'll be able to join the new YMCA and get into a fitness program. It's hard for me right now since I'm not in one place long enough to do much of anything.

Hey everyone - better late than never I guess...
QOTD; YES - I'm a fanatic when it comes to the scale. I weigh myself 2-3 times each morning. Since I've been on the road for work its driving me nuts because I don't know how I'm doing. I feel as though I'm gaining, my thighs look bigger to me - but its SO hard to tell without YOUR scale... it will be 2 more weeks before I go home to see..... AND the big thing is, if I knew I was eating well I wouldn't be so concerned... but I'm not.... too many carbs and just way too much food. I have to get it under control. But one thing I have done, is made sure I've been getting in my exercise...

Well, it's been a great day: Went to church this morning, and then played music at the senior housing center this afternoon; Played with the Grace Gospel Band tonight for the last campground church service of the season. Now we're home and I'm catching up with all you dear people.
QOTD: Yes, at only 5 1/2 weeks out, I'm still obsessed. I'm still learning how to eat, what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, etc., etc., etc.
BUT!!!! TODAY I'M 50 LBS DOWN ---- LOST, GONE FOREVER. AND....................... I PLAYED MY ACCORDION (DIGITAL AND REEDLESS) TONIGHT WHILE I WAS STANDING UP........A WOW! MOMENT. I haven't been able to stand up and play at the same time for about 7 years now. Yeah!
I'm back to work now, as of last Monday. It's great to be driving the school bus for my special-needs students again!!
