Good Morning everyone!

I got up with Nick about 5:30am, and I'm running out of things to do.  Maybe I'll catch up on my TV shows from this week.  Right now I'm just sitting here drinking some cherry pom CL.

So what's going on with you today?  I am hanging out at home, making some soup for lunches during the week.

QOTD-are you weight-obsessed?  Do you go with the flow, or do you constantly worry about what you're eating/how much you're exercising/what you weigh?  Maybe you are somewhere in the middle?

I think y'all know my answer to that question LOL

Hope you have a great Fall day!!

Morning Brenda and Michigan-

Dogs woke me up so I am drinking my hazelnut coffee and dogs are on bed with me eating their bones. Today I am relaxing and walking dogs-been a hectic weekend so will be nice to relax.  I may even put up more Halloween decorations in the living room.
Wish I could see the Lions game today but its a blackout since not all tix were sold.  Randy wont tape it for me...waaaaaaaaaaaa

QOTD-  No I am not weight obsessed.  I used to be right after surgery but now I know what I can and cant eat and how much so I dont worry.  I have not gained so I vowed I am never gonna diet or worry again.  I like where I am now and how I look so I just eat to live. :)

Enjoy the day!!!

Shannon

Up early so I can get a turkey in the oven before church.   After church, it's a relaxing day flipping back in forth between the Nascar race and watching the Lions lose.  Will need to do laundry in there also.

QOTD - are you weight-obsessed?  Usually not.  For the next 6 weeks I will be.  Want to lose 13lbs between now and November 1.  In order to meet this goal, I need to be weight-obsessed.  Needless to say, I need to get off this computer and go for my morning walk.

Morning Michigan
My little charge woke me at 6  wanting egg bread!   who wants french toast at 6 am on a Sunday morning?  Its still dark!!!!    she got  1/2 a banana!     She will get her french toast a bit later.I'm  letting hubby sleep in today  hes working long hrs and  has today off.
I keep thinking of the beauty of  mackinaw where we were last weekend this time.  I wanna go back!!    I think  I am going to retire up there  or maybe just do a summer or two working for the State park system up there.  I can do most anything except what takes huge muscles,  Hubby wants to run the old sawmill up there for a season,      Bitty boots says shes gonna gather  pretty leaves and flowers for everyone!
We have church today  and  then a quiet day I think  maybe a picnic if its warm enough<  at a local park where   Bitty boots can  run off some energy,     I am also making soup!     Mom wants some beef barley veggie soup made with shank meat,    Mom gets want mom wants anymore,
QOTD   I go in streaks,  I do watch what I eat,   though I'm  fighting a caffeine addiction again with pop,    soon as its cold Ill stop with the pop though,     If I notice my clothes getting snug  then I get back on the ball and stay strictly on track  for a while then I get a bit lax  and relax for a while.   I know I will always have to be careful if I don't want to go up to 360 again,  that's a big fear in the far back of my mind,
I hope everyone has a relaxing wonderful Michigan day!!

Got up early this morning. Been lurking around the net for some time today.

Hope everyone has a great day!

QOTD: Yes I am weight obsessed! I have not had my surgery and the rule is you can not gain a lb. prior to the surgery, I am terrible. Can I have this or that? How many calories? What is the serving size? Did I track it in my log? It never stops. Get up in the AM and so the P & P then weigh on the scale. Now that I got  a date it is even more serious.

BTW my date is 2/2/10 Ground hogs day! Hope that isn't where the ground hog hides.

I did ask to be put on the cancellations list. But who knows!

Good morning!  Had my coffee and hubby made oatmeal for breakfast.  YUmmy on this chilly morning.  We are heading to Hillsdale today because the county fair opens today.  My friend's son is in 4H and did a photography portfolio and entered it in the fair.  He took lots of pics of Dub for his portfolio so we HAVE to go see the pics of Dub on display!  Plus, we'll go through all the animal barns (they are SO clean on the first day, as opposed to the last....LOL).  We haven't gone home for the fair in years, so it should be fun.

QOTD: Yes and No, but for the most part, NO.  Right now, I'm not thinking about it or caring about it because I'm breastfeeding and I'm RAVENOUS.  So, I eat.  Do I eat perfectly?  No...right now I don't worry about it.  I DO know that in a few months, I will need to reign myself back in before I wean him next year.  I know that if I continue to eat like this without the benefit of burning the extra 500 or so calories a day breastfeeding, I will gain weight like crazy!  So, when it comes time, I'll watch what I eat and get back to my "normal" diet.  And I mean "diet" in the terms of what I eat day to day...not a specific DIET, per se.

Goodmorning,

I slept in this morning.  It felt good, usuall up by 6:30.  I made some of eggface's ricottage pancakes today, very yummy.  I am fighting myself on going to the gym.  The gym will win in the end but I am putting up a good fight. lol

QOTD-It is still new for me so for the most part I am.  I weigh myself twice a week but only on Saturdays do I write it down.

Hang in there Mary your surgery day will be here before you know it.

 Good morning all

I'm up.  Had my protein coffee.  Now I'm having leftover stirfry for breakfast (I know, strange, but it's delicious).  I was just going to stay home today and work on housework and such... but I checked the extended forecast for next weekend and decided to hit the Ren Fest this week instead of next (rain next weekend).   So I spent an hour on housework and now I'm having breakfast and will get out of the house in the next half hour or so.

QOTD -- Yes and no.  I have consciously tried, in the past month or so, to be less obsessed. I've been obsessed for nearly 2 years now and I need to relax a bit.  I still wear my GoWear Fit so I know how many calories I'm burning a day.  But I don't track my food in FitDay every single day anymore -- I've been tracking for over 3 years, so I kind of know my calories in my head anyway.  My weight isn't moving no matter what I do.  So I'm trying really hard to just play it cool and go with the flow.  I DO feel more normal and less like a woman on a perpetual diet.  I still make sure I get my protein and water and fiber... but otherwise, I just chill about it.  (Or at least I'm trying to.)
