Good Morning everyone!
It's a good morning to be sitting and having that first morning mug. What's brewing in yours. Black decaf for me! Just got some pumpkin creamer and will have some later for a treat....
Going out-of-town Monday thru Wednesday, so won't be posting then.
QOTD-Did you ever have a crush on someone when you were in school-either middle or high school? I had a crush, like a lot of other seventh grade girls on an English teacher. We were all madly in love with him. We would have wanted to marry him, if we could.  Even when I went to nursing school, later, there would be crushes on certain doctors.... Oh to have that feeling, again
Have a good one

Black regular in my cup.  Hubby's out for a run this AM.  I'm doing some laundry and playing with Dub.  We are getting ready to hang out at my sister's house this afternoon while my hubby is working.  We're planning on doing some shopping and then making a rice/stir fry dish that one of my uncles always makes.  It's heavy on the veggies, light on the rice....otherwise I can't eat much.  Looking forward to a fun day!

QOTD:  I had A HUGE crush on this guy that was 2 years older than me.  I thought my dreams had come true my sophomore year when I walked into my chemistry class and there he was....a whole semester with him in my class....ahhh....he was a senior and so cute...he had the blue-est eyes and brown curly hair...ran cross country....adorable!  Then I met my hubby and forgot all about him.  LOL!

Where was everyone yesterday?  Didn't see a Friday post out there.  Today is rainy and cool and we're supposed to go to a going away party.  Not my idea of a fun party, sitting outside in the damp under a tent.  Hope we can make the best of it.
QOTD:  I always had a crush on one guy or another, but I was basically a non-entity.  No one saw me.  My first crush was on my 5th grade teacher, Mr. Springer.  He could make me blush just by calling my name.  What an innocent I was back then.  Today is my 34th wedding anniversary and I only have eyes for Gary anymore.  In fact, for quite a while!

It is what it is.

Good Morning all!  I'm starting off the day with Pam's protein cider....after the cider mill visit yesterday it seems appropriate!

QOTD-Awwww Deb!  You're bringing back memories!  I was a crush-junkie as a teenager.  I was a little boy crazy.  That feeling you get when you first like someone is so great.  I think that's why I liked those stupid Twilight books.  The first one gives you that feeling of being a teenager in love all over again.  Not to get all Dr. Phil this early, but I think that's part of the reason we have so many divorces in this country.  People lose that "newness" and think we're supposed to feel it all the time.  I think God gave us that feeling so we could overlook other people's flaws and fall in love.  Otherwise we'd never find someone that meets our expectations!

Ok, enough thinking for the day....hope you all have a great one!

Good Morning Deb, Brenda, Jan, and everyone else on the forum

Hubby is home and the dogs are  singing to the air raid siren test. Oh they sing so pretty.
Every Saturday we have a concert in the yard. LOL

Happy Anniversary Jan and Hubby. May you have many more.

QOTD: I had the biggest crush on my best friends brother. It started during grade school
Then one day when I was in High school Mike called me. Asked If I would want to go to a picnic with Some Friends of his.  I was so excited I said yes. He then said he would have his girlfriend call and let me know what I should bring for the picnic and his friend Warren would be glad that I was going to be his date. I was crushed. I went on the picnick but was a pouting Jerk- ettte. Poor Warren. He had no Idea why I was such a B____H to him and his BF.  Thanks for reminding me I had repressed that quit well thank you.

LOL.
I have a great hubby that cherishes me now!

Back from my walk.  Sierra and I did 2 out of the 3 miles.  At first I started panicking that I couldn't do it, etc and wanted to quit.  I think I might have been having a little anxiety.  I haven't had that in a few months.  Finally it went really well.  We were the last ones which made things worse.  I did talk with one of the fitness instructors that my son and her son are friends with.  She told me to try for the 2 miles vs 3.  I might have been able to do more, but Sierra couldn't.  Now that it's over I am glad I did it.  Next year we will do all  3!  Not bad for someone who only just started the gym this week.

QOTD: No!  Well maybe my science teacher lol.
