This and That

Since I already had my coffee I will just give you all an update.  But rest assured I will be looking for the coffee talk later :)

I am getting ready to leave soon for the Walktober Fun Walk.  It's raining of course so we'll see...

It's also Nick's Word Wide Day of Play for all you parents.  They are not running their programs for a few hours today to get kids up and out.  That's another reason I wanted to do the walk.  If the weather cooperates I will take the other 2 kids on a hike or something.

Seen the primary doctor and my levels were all low.  I have ketones in my urine.  I looked that up but still pretty unclear on it.  The doctor did think it was from starvation though since I forget to eat.  Then later I got an email from the surgeons office that my protein levels were "too low".  I am trying I really am.  I am ashamed of myself for my lack of follow through.  I also realize this is probably my whole life's issue from budgetting to parenting.  If we knew what we know now I know I would not have been approved for surgery.  However, I was so I am going to deal with it and do something about it!
