im one of the newbies in the forum and i just wanted to introduce myself. my name is kay and I'm starting the process of getting the GVS...so any advice at all will be extremely helpful to me. ~kay

I wanted to check out your blog, but couldn't read it with all the roses!  Just stick around these sights.  you'll find all the advise and knowledge you'll possibly want.  Just make sure you follow the doctor's orders.  That's #1 rule.  I had RNY in July and thought I knew a lot before surgery.  After surgery is a new experience, with more questions.  Stay on board and if you think of any specific questions post them.  The people here are very helpful.
