Can be beaten by taking supplements regularly and throughout the day in small amounts o there is no "loss."
I don't crave and I'm still never hungry. I was given a formula from CORI and I stuck with it.
Physical/psychological is a different story. I didn't eat to feel good. That's tough to beat.
