Because our bodies remember where we got minerals and vitamins and makes us crave the foods that have them.

Can be beaten by taking supplements regularly and throughout the day in small amounts o there is no "loss."

I don't crave and I'm still never hungry. I was given a formula from CORI and I stuck with it.

Physical/psychological is a different story. I didn't eat to feel good. That's tough to beat.
