You did this same thing about the plastic surgery!!  It was about pain and FEAR OF PAIN issues though.  And you faced the TT head-on honey.  I bet you will do just fine sweetie.  Call and ask if you are sedated or get some happy liquid to sip on.

I told you earlier that if you want me to go with you and mom, I would be happy too.  You know our group here is supportive and caring.  Plus when you start panicking and screaming, I will be there to give that stereotypical slap-you-out-of-it thing!!!

With the TT I was scared of the drains, which were worse than I imagined!  I just can't handle stuff being jammed down my throat (that's what she said).

I think I'll be ok.  I don't even know for sure if he is going to order a scope.  We'll have to see.

Now, as for piercings..........

I have had two EGD's and there is nothing to it.  You are drugged in pre-op and wake up in recovery with no memory.  Its pain free.

Make sure you tell the doctyor you had WLS so they can be extra careful.  Best of luck
