Protein Powder

Our town isn't overly large so I don't have a whole lot of choices to buy Whey Protein Isolate Unflavored. Our GNC doesn't carry unflavored. I finally found mine at the Health Hut 1. 2 lbs for $ 23.99 in my opinion that price isn't a bargain. But I can't do the flavored proteins that all the major chain stores carry. After a few weeks I found it hard to even get the unflavored down. I'm now on the International Coffee kick with the unflavored. Don't make the fluid that you mix it with to HOT as the protein takes on a new form!! Then I have to toss it out and start over with my drink.

If you mix your powder with some like a Tablespoon or so of cold water and make a paste then add your hot liquid to it is ok. and not lumpy
