I'm looking for a non flavoured protein powder that I can add to foods to bump up my protein for the day, any suggestions?

it is Isolate whey protein. there is also a liquid protein that you can add to crystal light.

wow, I have never heard of liquid protein! Have you tried it? I would much rather do the liquid, then I can add it to my drink, much easier. If you have tried it, which one did you try?

I have used Unjury Unflavored it it's pretty good. I ordered it online.

Anywhey powder is unflavored, but does have a "smell" to it.
You can bake with it, too.
I get mine at Vitamin Shoppe, but I think you might be able to get it online cheaper. Rite Aid also carries it.
I use it in my hot cocoa, and it works pretty well.

Have you tried looking at bariatric choice.com it has all different foods, drinks,vitamins and even 2-3 oz protein shots. I think some of themhave between 30-42 grams of protein to the 2-3 oz.. I haven't tried it but have been meaning to.

Be careful with the protien shots or bullets...they are not the right kind of protien for us, according to my NUT.
