I'm certifiably sane!!!

I got my evaluation back from the psychologist and he says I'm ok!!  (my hubby says "Well, mostly")  LOL
So, I'm good to go according to him.
Another step accomplished.
Now, I just have to finish my 6 month supervised doctor diet!! (1 month down, 5 more to go).
Plus, I'm working on changing some habits and things I know I need to address now!!
YEAH!!!!!

God Bless,

Be careful who you trust!  We all know that psychologists are a little nuts themselves, so....  And sometimes being a "little bit crazy" is lots more fun!

Congratulations on one more hurdle down.

Hey, be nice, my DIL is graduating in a couple of weeks with her doctorate in psychology...well, maybe she is just a tad nuts to want to listen to other people's problems all day!

Good idea to try to change those habits now.  It doesn't get any easier after surgery. Hopefully you'll be set to go right into surgery when you complete your 6 months!

I started this journey 6/6/09 and have been making small changes geared toward the life style changes I will make official after surgery and believe me it helps and make you feel empowered.

You are doing the right thing, might as well begin the changes now since this is how you are going to live the rest of your life.
