Coffee question

Ok, for one of the things I'm going to work on changing now before WLS is my coffee experience.  (I plan on having the RNY)

I LOVE coffee.  I know after WLS, I have to drink decaff and that is soooo  ok with me as the regular coffee makes me jittery anyway.
But, what I put in my coffee needs to change.  I love the powdered cremora stuff!!  YUMMMO   Then, I add just a little bit of sugar.

What do all you coffee drinkers put in your coffee that is yummo???

What could I do instead of the cremora?????
For the sugar, will I be able to use the splenda???

Thanks in advance for any ideas and suggestions,
God Bless,

I don't drink coffee but I do use the SF Syrup - I love the french vanilla I use it in my hot chocolate along with a scoop of protein power.

You'll find that after surgery even artificial sweeteners taste to sweet. . . well for me anyway.

Kristy,
Do you mix your protein powder with milk and then heat it for hot chocolate or what?
I tried doing that yesterday and it wasn't bad at all.

Ya know, it's kinda funny.  I didn't start drinking coffee until AFTER I had RNY.  I drink regular coffee, black, 99% of the time.  Sometimes, I use the s/f vanilla coffeemate creamer or the s/f caramel-vanilla coffeemate creamer.  The coffeemate creamers that I use are sweetened with Sucralose, which is Splenda.  There are also several s/f syrups by DaVinci that are sweetened with sucralose, too.

Does anyone know if there is a retail store that carries Da Vinci sugar-free syrups?
Or do they have to be purchase online?
Thanks

Meijer carries some sf flavors, but mostly hazelnut.  They have them by the coffee.

I use the Torani brand, and get them at Cost Plus.  I'm not sure if Kentwood is near you, but they have that listed on their website as a location.

Coffemate has a wonderful Pumpkin Spice S/F creamer that is just wonderful.
I also like S/F Hazelnut syrup for a treat.
I normally drink my coffee black, but it is good to have a treat once in awhile. It's like dessert!

Try the Coffeemate sugar free caramel vanilla powered creamer.  You don't need to add sugar and it's yummy.  I sometimes use vanilla protein, mix with a little skim milk and then add the hot coffee.  If you use the protein right into the hot coffee it clumps, so you need to mix it with somthing first.

Thank you all for your responses!!
I thought, though, after WLS I couldn't have cremora in coffee???  I know not the sugar (so the sf is fine), but I also thought we couldn't have the fat that is in the cremoras???
