St. John/Dr. Katz

I am too lazy to search through all the reviews from people I know!

If you've had surgery there, or experience with Dr. Katz, I'd love to hear about it.

I am scheduled to see him in October for possible Stomaphyx and/or revision.

 I don't know about WLS with Dr. Gary Katz but he performed a lumpectomy on my mom about 7 years ago at St. John Oakland (Madison Heights) when she had breast cancer and he was a kind and compassionate surgeon.  Her scars look good.  Sorry that I don't have more to offer.  

hey dork, i have posted a million times about him.  I had a consult with him and would've chosen him over schram if he did the laproscopic at the time.  he is young and confident.  definitely go see him to check it out.  it cant hurt.  are there many surgeons that do stomaphyx's and revisions in metro Detroit?

Dr. Katz did my Lap Band surgery on September 2 of this year.  He has been amazing.  He is very kind and my surgery was a breeze.  Also my experience with St. Johns was amazing... from the morning I checked in for surgery unti I left the next afternoon I had top notch care.  I have nothing but good things to say about my experience!
