Not trying to Jinx myself but.......

I have had the worlds longest plateau.  I know that it is not a true plateau, because some of it is my families eating habits that they don't want to change.  BUT, I have noticed my pants are droopy, and my undies creep all day, my shirts are sagging at the shoulders.  I had gotten away from stepping on the scale, because it just fluxuated 5 pounds or so, never went anywhere.  I have not been on the scale for 6 weeks or so.  I decided to get on them this morning.  I was down 17 pounds from where I was.

WHY?  My husband went on second shift and I have almost absolute control over all my meals except supper on his 2 days off.    Lets hope this continues, which puts me right now 34 pounds from plastics.

WooHoo!  Congratulations!  You're doing such a great job.

(Maybe I need to get a husband myself... then ship him off to second shift.  Might work for me too)

I was totally shocked,  I got off and got back on again.  Then did a lil nekkid happy dance.

WOW - that's fabulous!  17 lbs is a huge amount - especially in 6 weeks!

That is GREAT!  I do understand.  I was always able to lose better when the DH was gone or on another shift.  You go girl!
