Pam is soooo knowledgeable.  You can trust almost anything she says.  I called HAP and found out that my employer carried the rider 241 or something like that which meant that I didn't have to pay the $1,000 co-pay for the surgery.  You may want to check that out too when you call in.  We all learn from our experiences, and love to share....
