Congrats Bev .  I can't wait until I can post something like you.  I'm not quite 40 pounds down yet.  I'm still at a stand still, but I'm not quite 2 months out yet.  After I get these boxes unpacked, maybe I'll get back into walking the dogs and getting that type of exercise.  I figure unpacking and carrying boxes is enough exercise for right now.  I hope so anyway.  I'm also really glad I had the surgery and don't regret it at all, except when I forget to chew enough!

Bev you look FANTASTIC!!!!!!!  Can you believe it's already been 6 months??  I go for my 6 mo check up this Friday.  Keep up the great work, you look great and I'm sure you feel great too!!

Thank you everyone..and Yes I feel so much better...I wish I had this tool 2 years ago...but I am so happy now..I can walk again play golf 4 to 5 times a week.......and play with my grand kids..what a great life...
