Am I going blind or did I miss the Thursday morning whats in your cup thread?

Any way I just got on this am, I usually don't get on till late.  I know Jan is going MIA on us as she closed of the house and is heard north for good

QOTD:  Does anyone else have neighbor issues?

Mine goes south for the winter.  We live in an Ag area.  Their house is in our front yard and across from another farm.  Every summer for three years they come home for the summer and cause trouble.  This year their goal is to get ride of the guardian dog we have to protect our goats from coyotes.  They are now taking us to court.  The dog hates him as he had been aggressive to her to the point of discharging a gun at her.  He had talked of selling before and we had hoped to buy the place twice when my DD were house hunting.  But, he know has his 30 year old daughter living in it.

Morning,

You didn't miss the thread.  Deb is on her bike riding somewhere in Michigan.  Jan is Moving.  Brenda is working from home.  Hopefully she is napping, she was posting on facebook about 1 a.m.

Finished my protien coffee and breakfast and on to some crystal lite in a while.

QOTD - yes I have neighbor issues.  They are family, which doesn't help any.  My husband is playing the lottery on a regular basis on hoping to win and buy them out.  He would go through a broker and do a blind offer on the house so they didn't know who is buying it.   They have caused alot of family grief and personally I think it is the main reason that my MIL health has declined this year.  The stress they put on her is unreal.  They constantly borrow money, and even told them that is the only reason they come to see her.

Well back to the grind for me.  Thanks for starting the thread today.  I have tried twice, but keep getting pulled away.

well, I dont have neighbor problems here but before we moved we had a few.

We werent ever exactly sure which one of our neighbors it was but SOMEONE called the police every year on us when our grass got over 2" long and every year at least once (for 4 years) we had police or city hall people come over red faced with a letter asking us to mow the lawn!!! LOLOL

Talk about embarrassing!!!  Only 1 time was it actually what I would consider LONG... the other times we jsut hadnt done it yet for the first time in spring and it really wasnt bad at all... as a matter of fact many houses on same street had much longer grass.

That would be embarrassing.  I'm glad I'm in the country, if they hassled me, I could just tell them is is a hay field.  We only cut 3/4 times a year  But I LIKE that neighbor and wouldn't do it to him.

Morning!  My usual decaf and protein today.

Its awful when you have bad neighbors - it makes it difficult going home and living there.

QOTD:  Not now I don't, and at the house I just moved from the neighbors were nice enough - I just got tired of the barking dogs and screaming kids.... but its all part of living in a neighborhood.

When we lived 'downstate' we had a lady that didn't live right next door, but close by and she would just stop over when ever she felt like it, not knock, invite herself over to do things with us for the weekends (would tell me hubby invited her and would tell hubby I invited her), drop her kids off whenever she wanted too and was basically an adult bully.  The final straw was when I was sitting in my living room chair, on my "time of the month" and was very bloated - she said I had a "budda belly" and if I lost weight, etc... I went off on her - never had another problem again.

Good morning ladies and any gents who arrive.I had a cup of coffee went for a 6 mile ride with my little guy doing laundry making bill arrangements and now eating protein pancakes with sugar free syrup yummy.
QOD:I don't really associate with my neighbors. In our previous house the neighbors called cps stating I was leaving my kids home alone while I worked nights. My hubby is a stay at home so how is that and they said we were playing musi****il all hours of the night. We had no stereo and lived on 10 acres so unless they were on our property how in the @@@@ would they know. Now my neighbors are so into drugs and other nonsense I have nothing to do with them. They figured out now I am not sociable.I am a working mother and that is all leave me alone and they got it now.WOOO that was nice to get out thanks.

got up wanted to start a thread but didn't have the gutz! so I waited.
Drinking my peanut butter chocolate protein sludge. (just Kidding)

QOTD: Yippy dog. it is a mini Doberman.
It actually live around the block Katy corner from my yard.
We cant even sit in the back yard because it jumps up and down yipping at any one who enters our yard. I can't put my Shepard's out there any more because he charges the fence every time. Some days they leave their gate open and the darn dog gets out and charges any one walking up and down the street.

One time when my female was in heat he sat in front of my house at 7:am and Yipped over and over again cause he wanted her. Then when we tried to shoe him away he tried to attack us when we went out either door. So my neighbor across the street got mad cause he thought it was our dog. My daughter yelled that the dog would not let us out of the house. It was not ours, so he got a shovel and was gonna chase it away.
I got the broom and every time I swung it at the dog it ran towards its house. When I stopped It would charge me again. I swept it all the way to its house and told the owner how I Felt.  Believe me I was not pleasent! The dog has not been out of it yard since. It still yipes every thime we go out there.  Then I noticed that they got a new dog too. How nice.
DH wants to give it a silver pill!  LOL. He wouldn't. I am going to video tape it and send the tape and their address to the amimal control.
