Good Morning everyone!!

Brenda - you crack me up......first with your 'Wednesday is almost Friday'  and then with your 'Water is almost coffee"   LOL     Made me laugh.

QOTD:  I'm not sure yet about the exercise thing and the motivation for the fall except that I'm still in the losing stage so that alone may keep me motivated.  I can't believe how fast this past 6 months has gone, but I still have more I want to lose so I hope to continue working out at the gym 3 days a week and honestly, I would much rather walk in cooler weather than hot weather so I think I'll be walking more than I am right now.

Have a great day everyone!

Nan

Morning... or should I say almost afternoon here...

I got up at about 10:45 since the baby was up for a couple of hours last night cranky since she does not feel well. She sounds alot better today so I am hoping that is a sign that tonight should be better.

QOTD: I get motivated this time of year with the gardening that I need to do... that gets me out and into the plant beds to plant bulbs... clean out the beds with the flowers that need to be cut down etc... Also since it is cooler I tend to get outside and walk more. Plus I love going to Royal Oak this time of year and walk around too.

We used to do alot of bike riding but since Ladybug is small we cannot go for rides. So hopefully we can take advantage of the stroller and do some walking. We did buy a zoo membership so I might start going once a week just to walk around and get some exercise... I can take my book and read or something while I watch my favorite animals.

Oh and when I go to the cider mill or apple picking I always treat myself to ONE donut and that is it.. It seems to work... But I do miss the cider it does not sit well with me.

Have a great day

Good Morning

finished my decaf with protein - now working on my iced coffee.

QOTD: I don't have a problem staying away from sugars, because I dump on them - which is a good thing as far as I'm concerned.  I never was a big sweet eater - my devil is the carbs....

Exercise is an issue for me.  I have an elliptical machine in my living room, but would rather use a treadmill.  I would go buy one and have a gym in my living room, but don't want/need a big expenditure right now - and I may be moving again, so I don't want to move it.  The good thing is, I'll be on travel for work for the next 3 months so I can use the gym at the hotels.  I'm pretty good about that - and I'll be traveling with others that like to work out, so maybe that will be the motivation I need to get back on track.  I have been getting on the elliptical this week, so that's a start.

QOTD-how are you going to stay motivated to be healthy with all that is coming up?

Oh, man!  Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas.  Guess I better start developing a game plan......
