It looks ok to me as far as the protein, carbs, sugars, etc.  I'd stay away from the protein bars though - 14g of sugar alcohols I think is a lot.

Worth giving it a try.  I haven't personally tried it... and I was just at Meijers yesterday, but didn't look in the protein section as I usually do.........

I tried the vanilla today. is kind of flat. but could use some doctoring with flavor SF syrup or fruit or sf pudding. Tolerable. Will try the other flavors next time. But not the bars.
